Where The Chew Crew Uk came from?
Simply, it came from my dog – Willow. She’s a big bundle of love from Romania - a whirlwind of curiosity, joy, and spirit - but allergies have often shadowed her happiness. Caring for her taught me that a dog’s wellbeing is about so much more than walks and cuddles. It’s about nutrition, environment, mental health, and understanding how all the pieces fit together to help a dog truly thrive.
Willow led the way, unknowingly guiding me to learn everything I could about keeping dogs happy and healthy. I’ve always loved dogs, but in this story, I’m mostly the quiet presence behind her - learning, observing, and doing what I can so she - and dogs like her - can live their best lives.

Willow
Willow, my sweet, four-year-old rescue from the streets of Romania. She’s full of love, endlessly curious, and has the funniest mix of lazy and crazy that keeps me smiling every day. Willow adores swimming, snoozing, and of course- treats. But what she loves most is being near the people she trusts, sharing gentle cuddles and quiet moments. Every day with Willow is a reminder of how resilient and loving a little heart can be, and I feel so lucky to call her mine.
Caitlin – Willows Mum
She’s always loved dogs - there’s never been a time without one by her side. Her very first dog, Shep, was a loyal border collie who adored his tennis ball and taught her the joy of companionship. Later, she welcomed Willow into her life, a spirited dog who threw her straight into the deep end of dog nutrition, care, and wellbeing. Willow quickly became her heart, her constant companion, and the reason behind everything she does - she adores her endlessly.
Through Willow, she discovered how much a dog’s environment can affect them physically and emotionally. That experience ignited a deep, lasting passion for understanding dogs inside and out, and reinforced her belief that dogs deserve a simple, natural, and full life -healthy, happy, and loved to the very core.
